However if you had a few negative reviews about your business and you had thousands of people obtaining value wouldn’t you want to introduce them to another community and ask that you provide your honest feedback?

I looked into possibly obtaining loan and they required 1% of loan amount for a pre-approval letter and no fund of the 1% fee.

You don't have enough money for the deposit so how  do you plan to obtain the necessary funds to cover the closing costs? 

Is that less desirable than a property with 5 bedrooms with walls, but less convertible entertaining space that could be used for movies, gaming,etc?
