Do watchout for safeguard endorsements on polices they may make you warrant (guarantee) that you lock the door/windows/set alarms/etc.

The note is secured by the mortgage, and when you buy the note, that mortgage is assigned to the new owner, and the note is endorsed to the new owner, like when you endorse a check.

@Anthony Maggio never been but I have clients I have lent money to that swear by him.BP is pretty much anti guru in any form or fashion.. so keep that in mind.But do not take my comments like they are a ringing endorsement.. just relaying the one client I have who has made millions and credits Lindahl.
