In fact, there's a great podcast called HOW I BUILT THIS which had the AirBnB creator on once, and he himself noticed that the site was stagnant until he personally flew to New York and offered to take pictures for people who were listing on his site.  

YOU are not empowered to disclose it either, but came upon it as Megans's Law intended - - by personally searching.The other tenants can acquire this info just as you did and, they may or may not react which will impact you.Use the tenant's history to evaluate the risk but if the deal was ok before your discovery, it still is.When I sign a new tenant, I tell (not show any map) of the nearest offender when showing the lease disclosure.

I believe that you must be the creator of the trust and thus you still own it.

They will educate and empower you more than you can imagine and tens of thousands of dollars are at stake.Until you've gone through those, I'd stop looking for properties (except to maybe practice using the flipping calculator, also in the menu above.)

And I would phone all the references myself, even if I used one of those screeners.Only law enforcement people are empowered to search crime databases nationally, as far as I can tell.

I have a suggestion for the site...not sure where it will end up being on the site or if its been mentioned before but we should have a business plan creator.
