Entry closes Christmas Eve 5pm pst.

Most current flip just hit the market.  3 days on market on new years eve and went pending today with more people calling to see if still available.  

I gave myself the goal to close 3 deals by New Year's Eve, that's only 1 per month - which isn't big but at the same time is big for someone who has yet to close a deal.

On the eve of the closing she called with a laundry list of things that were wrong with the property which caused a panic because it was unexpected, turns out she was talking about a different house.

The standard is 15% down, but depending on your financial standing(credit score, net worth, experience) you could get as low as 5% down and some eve no money down(did the last two like that).

Good day/eve agents and brokers,So I am doing some research on RE agent marketing,  specifically listing agents and what you spend monthly on marketing one of your listings.

I wanted repairs done to my property( a smaller home next to mine) having a new roof put on or repairing the damaged part but since it's been so long the individual told me that it would be a repairing taking it off replacing the sides I guess it's the eves, repairing any other damage to the decking and was told they could do it in like two days  since the square footage was so small. 

Last year I got a call on Christmas Eve.

You should time your marketing to hit just as the high tide crests on the eve of the full moon.
