I've got a duplex built in 1888, and have a couple of cold rooms, upon inspecting the basement, there is no insulation under the floor of these rooms.

Look around your town and find some relatively new apartment or condo complexes- who built them? 

The other 2 duplexes I have purchased have had no issues.Larry and Josh were working with me as well for 2 years then they just handed over the communication to management company and vanished once 2 or 3 year mark hit.

However, the ultimate goal is to transition fully into real estate investing.Turnkey rentals—ranging from duplexes to quadplexes—seem like viable options for us in certain markets, given the liquidity I have available.
