And who would want paid in Bitcoin if they got their pay on Friday and it was worth 20% less on Monday because some Bitcoin miner in China had a security breach driving down the value of Bitcoin?  

I highly recommend you travel to the market yourself and spend a couple days driving around, looking at various properties, if you are going to be buying anywhere.  

Prior to these neighbors, the unit above was occupied, and we never experienced any problems.We’ve spoken to management multiple times, but they’ve been completely unhelpful and have taken no meaningful action and even told us that we are making the noise up, inspite security having been to our apartment numerous times wittnessing the noise. 

The thing is I've been learning about real estate for almost 2 years and still haven't bought my first property and it's driving me insane .

It is growing in popularity because of proximity to Charlotte (about 45 min drive) and Lake Norman but still has a small town feel.

I would call them and send certified letter signature required or if nearby drive to their last known address.

Trying to figure out the proper, best, and alternative routes to making meaningful relationships and wondering what the most effective means is to developing leads that may come along in the probate process. 

Although I am outside of my comfort zone and feel like an absolute tool (I'm lost and that's uncomfortable), my faith, drive, and want to achieve my family and life goals continues to motivate me to get outside of my comfort zone and push for continuous improvement.  

I'd suggest choosing an area that looks like it has potential and then spend your spare time just driving around.
