to add on the tenant issue or holdover owner.. there are laws you need to follow to evict but it becomes an eviction.I have had them leave the homes broom clean.. and I have had them destroy them.. and have hat them deconstruct the home..

Consider what you do for work, and how far you would be driving to get to those locations. if you are working in LA, driving from Palm Desert daily could allow you to cash flow, but your quality of life can be destroyed.
