There's real logic in living on a local golf course if an integral part of what you do in the community is sell yourself as a successful person.But I think that for most of the people on that golf course, there are deeper, less healthy reasons to do as they do.

There are other challenges that come with unqualified tenants in addition to nonpayment of rent including unauthorized guests staying in the property, broken windows, and other issues which I'll dive deeper into in a future post!  

Dave is correct -- If your appreciation is incorrect, you will be in deeper doo doo.You can write off losses to lessen the pain.

I'm sure that it's taxing emotionally to have to deal with tenants as well as making the commute. 

So family emotions are involved in it too! 

To go a little deeper with the redemption laws, I found this law (below) that allows the purchaser to enter the property during reasonable hours. 

As you will deal with every horrible thing in life.... tenants disputes, sleazy contractors, the city who hates your grass, everyone has a sob story and can't pay rent, be emotional ready for evictions and threats, and know your lease and local laws.

Take the emotions out of it.  

My credit scores, rents, even listing with above market rents, what photos come first, it's all with intelligent design that is far FAR deeper than "this 1 system told me this rent price so I will regurgitate that out there". 

Any thing going wrong there and you're deeper than you think in it.You should work a part time job to get out of that consumer debt, and no turo is not it.
