What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I found a listing in Northern California on Zillow that is vacant land with approved plans for building a home.

I'm interested to know if anybody is currently unloading their portfolios of SFR as our multi family?

I'm looking for somebody to correspond with.

My question is do I go forward with purchasing the property and deal with the higher insurance and potential hazard or is it smarter to walk away?

There are the obvious pros/cons of a duplex but then there are the non-obvious ones that come with being in Detroit.I actually have a fantastic article about this I can share but I'm unable to link to it in this post.

But as of right now I want to wholesale and maybe buy some preforeclosures for myself to rehab and rent.

I got a deal on labor as I know the contractor personally and helped out a bit with the project.
