I am bilingual and have learned to love and respect their culture.

Utah's economy and market diversity is excellent.  

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

Anything that get you closer to achieving your goal with the required skill sets.For some odd reason, the culture at BP focuses on what's free rather than what works best. 

On Indy SFH#2 and 3 (both Class C) I haven't owned them long, #2 owned for almost 10 months, just closed on #3 time will tell - hopefully they will be good investments since Indy has a diverse economy and companies are moving there.I'm not saying the Midwest or the South are bad areas to invest - it's more landlord friendly than the San Francisco Bay Area and NYC Definitely do lots of research and get a full inspection and sewer line scope. 

I have been on the island before and I realize there is a difference in culture.

Which is why there is so much diversity in that space.  

In all seriousness I think markets big and small that offer affordability while still having a “draw” whether that be natural beauty, cultural amenities or a nice tertiary market close to a major metro.

But I don't live in those areas, and I don't know the culture.

Well established in the region with a diverse network and good knowledge of the local and international markets.
