I dont mind the working, I mean the 8-5, I just dont like being confined to one area and being told when I can eat, for how long, and that sort of thing, we're in a high rise building, so when i look out window it's so pretty, it makes me feel like a caged eagle .

I've been looking at Pendo and Cozy but it doesn't look like Cozy has much for income and expense reporting.

When my tenants applied to rent, I sent them an email from cozy, which sent them instructions on how to submit their background and credit check (the tenants paid $40 to cozy for the screening).
