@Anibal Mijangos, there's a good friend of mine down in the SoCal area (Calvin Tran) that doesn't do arbitrage for STR specifically, but does it for corporate / mid-term rentals instead.

It's furnished though so maybe you should look at travel nurses or corporate mid term rental.
