Now that the Coronavirus restrictions are easing up, we're looking to start another one shortly, eventually moving our way into buying and holding both residential and commercial property for passive income while continuing to flip projects that seem like decent candidates for it.I've listened to a number of the BP podcasts and have read some of the books that have been recommended on the podcasts as well, so I've done some of my homework before joining, but still have a lot to learn, and hopefully will be able to contribute and share what I know and what I've learned along the way. 

We're probably going to forgive late fees if tenant can prove their employment was disrupted by coronavirus and offer an extra payment plan (we usually only give one per lease).

Unfortunately I only went once before coronavirus kicked in.

I fear that the upcoming bailouts and cash give-aways by the federal government because of the corona virus will affect the markets in many different ways.I am terrified that printing/creating trillions of dollars will cause my $60,000 cash to be cut in half or more in real dollars by inflation.

This technology has been around for a couple years now, but coronavirus has given the mass population an excuse to finally put this home style working life into the main screen.

These are all conditions that have been created due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Month to month is not such a bad thing during coronavirus.

We just signed lease extension and didn't raise rent as we were planning due to coronavirus. 

However, I say that very carefully, knowing that economic uncertainty is extremely high right now considering the many variables that this coronavirus pandemic has created.
