I say 10k is fine for level floor, if you need adjustment and tampering/compaction, another 1k.

Labor is basically double because it’s so compact & $60 for replacement spark plug wires that crumble in your hands.

But it is a very small geographical location, compacted into a few square miles compared to LA County hundreds of squared miles.
