The reason they wanted to leave is due to inter tenant differences and is a tenant-tenant issue when signed onto one co-lease, with a lump sum rental amount due by the group per month.

This is 100% dependent on the local housing authority and of course being in the Atlanta market the multiple authorities we deal with are filled with inept government workers and corruption.The question you should ask yourself is knowing what you know about the government; do you want to be in business and co-manage your property with them?
