Time is better spent hosting lunch-and-learns, being a junior achievement volunteer, putting on financial literacy courses at your church, starting web sites like BP, hosting podcasts to help others get ahead...practical stuff (where you may be able to help 1 out of 10 or 20 who are willing to fix the habits that keep them in the middle class).Class warfare creates more divide than it provides help or solutions.

I only say this because we have come in behind countless investors who thought they could do the same only to have the state shut them down and call us in to do things right way. 

@Luke Badalaty, only if the existing sprinkler heads are the flexible ones ( like below ). most sprinkler heads are hard piped, which means you would have to shut down the system, drain it, open up the ceiling to extend the pipe and then close it all up.

Heck in one case (Lockhart) the state actually shut the high school down and buses kids up to 30 miles to a high school it was so sub par.
