I can understand how some kinds of porous decorative tile, perhaps around the fireplace, could be theoretically stained by rabbit urine, but glazed bathroom tile?

Either way it’s a small niche.I’d also caution you on you’re maintenance costs. 5 bedroom probably means more bathrooms, a physically larger house with more plumbing, roof tiles, larger hot water heater etc.

My wife recently purchased an 8000 watt electrical ceramic kiln, 240V 1 phase power, 33.6 amps.I am installing in the basement of my home (owner occupant, not in a municipality that requires an electrician's license):1. 50 amp dedicated breaker in the panel, per kiln manufacturer's recommendation.
