Well this data has existed for centuries thanks to the US census, so I would think if no one's talking about race maps being a factor then they probably are not.

My goal is cash flow right now, so I would buy and hold all of them, understanding I may not get the “deal of the century” through this method.Thoughts?

Sometimes I get good prices, sometimes not.When you are dealing with older house, you will often find they have a few electrical issues that need to be addressed to bring them into the 21st century.
