@Josh VanAusdale If you're working with an agent, see if he can pull comps for similar properties.There are some people who think high voltage lines are linked to cancer.  

They have illegally, and on multiple occasions, been trying to pay you with a check that they know is not any good.If his wife even has cancer...and I would doubt it...obviously, they are still obligated to pay their bills.

What if - What if they need the cash in 30 days to continue to pay for their spouse's cancer treatment, or child's transplant, or mother's hospice care?

So, do you guys even care about this or just buy whatever for your own homes and look for price and durability OR you also consider the level of cancer causing chemicals these materials expose you and your family to?

I'm hoping the use of a property management company to keep the transactions at an arm's length will help.The obstacle that I fear the most is having a tenant stop paying rent because they've been stricken with cancer or some other disaster outside of their control.We have to decide as a church what our response will be.
