You can file what is known as an extension and get yourself an automatic (i.e. no questions asked) delay until October 15th.

And if there's any paint chipping it's likely you fail automatically so cover those up.

They should automatically send you a copy of the lease once it is signed.

BTW, you get what you pay for - the cheaper ones are robotic/scripted while the good ones (more expensive) have presence, personality and situational awareness -  which helps with appointment setting. 

If you listen to the podcast with Mike Banks, he talks about the ability to just go do it yourself and not use Fund & Grow, but they view themselves as a valuable partner when establishing these credit lines for the first time.Once you pay, they automatically enroll you with a business newsletter that they have a 3rd party agreement with.

However, two things that are a big unknown and was wondering if this would automatically disqualify me... 1) I had a foreclosure on a condo that finalized in Feb 2019, so more than 5 years ago. 2) I work for myself and been doing this officially for 1 year only (prior to that I had a high W2 job).
