Hi everyone,My name is Josh and I am currently a college senior that just received a job offer in New York City.

I have attended plenty Padsplit events and talked to my Account Executive (AE) and some veterans from Padsplit (the real expert, not newer sales person), and some Padsplit investors who own them and love them. 

I plan on attending the AZREIA meeting on Monday.

My oldest is 18, in her first semester of college, and should be house hacking in 2025.

I would recommend attending some of the monthly meetups.

They’re fully renovated and rented to U of R and RIT college students and grad students.
