Also it could allow you to work at least part time in property management, which would be a great education for the aspiring rental property owner.

If someone had aspirations to be a teacher, would you tell them to apply for a lunch lady position because jobs at a school are all the same?  

Not sure I count as an "OG" but I can aspire to such heights I guess.
