I need to demo a +/-1500sf commercial building and the asphalt around it.

The experience to get your MHIC can be in many things , It doesnt need to be carpentry , it can be landscaping , asphalt sealcoating , painting all these trades require a MHIC to do work for HOMEOWNERS.

I'd say the main obstacle here is the way the pavement runs straight up to the porch (as @David Campos pointed out).

Just asphalt shingle, and if you're lucky you get rain gutters.

I would consider a clean fresh asphalt shingle if your goal is to modernize it's appearance.

The smaller street off the front yard, just got a fresh new layer of pavement mandating a five year moratorium restricting cutting into the new asphalt.

I will keep pounding the pavement in my homeland of Cincy but I'm definitely not going to pass on a good deal in a market where I own properties.
