It would be a shame if you end up with a $10,000 legal bill if a court decides you didn't handle the security deposit correctly.

I feel ashamed saying this, but I spent on average: 9 Hours a week looking at Facebook photos and status. 7 hours taking “selfies” on snapchat. 5 Hours looking at ridiculous tweets from various celebrities on Twitter.Instead of taking selfies and tweeting, I’m going to refinance my 26.7 hours each week by learning as much as I can about real estate.

What a shame but at this point, the seller raising a stink with the board is the best bet if they want to sell their unit. 

I'm ashamed I got sucked in for that much but feel terrible for the people today that'll put down big bucks for nothing...

Such a shame really.

There are a ton of huge 3000-3500+ sq ft homes in our area-- landlords don't want them b/c no one will rent such a big house, and the city won't allow them to be multi-family, so they just sit vacant/boarded up-- it's a shame!    

I am doing as much studying as I can on my own to learn the ways of the business, but am not ashamed to say that I am ignorant at this point in time.

Which is nothing to be ashamed of, I was right there with you when I started my macro/REI journey in 2012. 

I personally think it would be a shame to miss out on a number of years of likely appreciation because you didn't want to pay (have your Tenant pay) $220/month in PMI...

It would be a shame to demo a room if it isn't necessary.
