For you the process will feel no different from selling and buying as normal only with some artificial time pressure.  

Recessed medicine cabinets are nice because they don't look like what they are.

I don't know how these guys who are artificially inflating the markets are allowed to continue this practice - they should be shut down.

If I were to give you permission to perform surgery on me you would still be violating the law for practicing medicine without a license.

Just imagine one of your clients passing away and their relative doing an autopsy in an attempt to prove that you killed your client by not giving him (or her) the proper medicine at the proper time.

I feel that this value is probably artificially low due to my income increasing significantly (more than 50%) only in the last year.
