One suggestion I was given was to add a clause to your lease that payments are first applied to utilities then rent.Is anyone in Maine / New England doing this type of submetering?

It may apply to the fund you purchased years ago, but I don't think you are claiming knowledge of the currently paying or available funds.Most of your prior PPR-related posts have been directed at the funds, not individual note buying.  

Obviously, that does not apply to every single market on the Caribbean, but generally speaking, it does.Cheers!

Hi Sarah, i went to petscreening.com but it seems to only apply for property management companies, I'm a small individual landlord, do you know what proof i can ask from tenants?

This is the breakdown:2 tenants on month to month leases ~$250-$350 less than market1 long term tenant (15yrs) is now on month to month lease and is paying $1500 less than marketAfter consulting with a couple of people and doing some research, it sounds like anything over a I should apply banking rent raise and submit a 60 day notice (all of these units fall into that category).

My guess is that this statute will struggle in the courts once they try to apply it.

Question is how can I apply pressure on the syndicator to update status and return my funds?
