As far as providing wines, I would say no, as you may run into recovering alcoholics, and I don't think that would change anyone's mind about renting.Most likely you have a local commodity and will have to price it correctly providing you have customers in the area who are looking to rent).Have you tried contacting the HR department at the hospital and getting their input on it?
