You are offering a co-op right for tenant rep broker??

We got the smoke certification.What are the requirements for obtaining a temporary CO or a CO when wholesaling.

Hi Joseph, I am a co-wholesaler in NYC.

Hearing stuff about "Lehman Brothers", "Bernie Madoff", and stories from a  a co-worker during college who has been trying to retire since 2000 (but failed due to losing money the dot-com crash, Enron, and the "Great recession") made me skeptical of investment "experts."

I've been a software developer for 17 years specializing in Microsoft technologies and have my BS degree in Information Systems.  15 years ago I started learning about RE investing from a co worker that was embarking on this journey, and I read books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, Cashflow Quandrant, Total Money Makeover, How to Win Friends and Influence People, and other various "motivational/self-help books".  

Now the only way underwriter sees would be to add a co-borrower. 

Let your friends and family know as well, you never know if a co-worker or friend is trying to unload a home.Hope that help.

I had a co-worker who would get a home warranty like American Home Shield etc and put hose on each of his rentals.
