While some agents have legitimate pocket listings (like selling between friends or family members), without a presence on major platforms, it's difficult to verify legitimacy.

A good friend of mine once dealt with a similar setup in Philly.. big steps, narrow frontage, and enough snow to give tenants an excuse to skip shoveling alltogether.

Tyler Deveraux, Ryan Woolley, and their partners and sponsors they promote have gotten students and their families and friends into horrific situations with neglected properties and take no responsibility for it.

There might be larger buildings available but I don’t follow that market too much through the MLS, only some NH Landlord Facebook groups which are both owner friendly and agent friendly.

But if they don’t even bother to fill out the forms to apply, or get a basic job to make ends meet, or borrow money from family or friends/ somebody else besides you, then they can’t stay.
