I agree with the posters that a lot of the problems are prioritisation issues, I see folks come in the office wearing $400 shoes, their kids in designer outfits and they boast about it, but they don't have a dime in the bank.

Sometimes when I mention that accomplishment here, some people think I am boasting or trying to advertise.This is my take, I believe everyone reading my contribution  should know under what authority I speak.

Existing business has been successfully operated since 2006 boasting great revenue!

In the past I've never been one to boast about a big sale in the technology field, especially before the deal was closed and the check had cleared.

They boast that they are military friendly. if you do not want to share in public I would love to talk to you about your experience with them. 

So if this guy has 4 properties all around this area and he's boasting an 80% occupancy, I could really crush it on Airbnb...This was it...I was committing to Airbnb and renovating my unit to be among the BEST in my area.
