They have about 30 handicapped spots, which is ridiculous!

I never want to be mediocre and give them the excuse to think that they were right about me just being “another boy with a handicap.”

A business owner found it sexy to own their own building/space but when it came time to make adjustments during the down turn or as their business grew or shrank they were handicapped by the building they now owned.  

@Arlen Chou is definitely someone you should talk to if you have the ability to invest here.Unfortunately for me and many others, I'm still young in my career, and the handicap of putting all of my eggs in one basket would significantly impact my standard of living while also making me pay a huge opportunity cost.I have talked to a lot of investors here in the Bay Area, and concluded that if you want cashflow, go out of state, if you want appreciation, stay in the Bay.

Also, someone who views other investors as "competition" as opposed to a potential networking opportunity is still being handicapped by a newbie mentality and should be disregarded.Welcome and best of luck to you in your search!!

Traffic counts, fire sprinklers, parking areas, zoning, storm water, handicapped accessibility, traffic patterns, future development in the area, politics.

We're replaced a few toilets with the chair height ones and, in one case with a senior couple with health issues, I've added a handicap seat available from Lowes.  

My car was broken into and a witness saw my neighbors daughter and a teenage boy still my mother's handicap placard.

To which extent, you need to thoroughly understand, and know the facts, concerning the potential out comes and handicap or give a probability to each, based on your own logic and beliefs.  

I would disclose to my buyers the issue and let them handicap the risk reward.
