Comrade Obama!

Obama has proven by all accounts to have to unify the world, but with the expected reduction in fed fund rate to zero percent, to the ongoing War in Iraq (that's already cost 2 trillion) and Afganistan, to the bailout and federal takeover of banks and private institutions (not to mention a stumulus package not yet approriated) that is expected to cost another 1-2 trillion(in the next 1-4 yrs), and let us not forget rising unemployment.

Investments are being made to improve the area  but it's a long term bet.Jackson Park- Recent decision to put the Obama library on this site so it may be a good mid term bet.  

The Obama Library coming in Washington Park/south shore, large blocks of retail being built in Englewood, UofC growing their influence in Wood Lawn, South Works development in South Chicago, and the city pushing major redevelopment on the major streets like 43rd, 47th, 51st, 61st, 63rd, & 87th.

They are the one's buying sf's this year and getting Obama's $8000 bonus.

So if it means more beer and bigger deer....this Global Cooling thing may not be so bad.How on earth did the United States survive the cooling of the 1700s without Obama?

If there’s one thing I hope Obama accomplishes, I hope he moves the masses to take personal responsibility for the direction of their lives.
