So I explained how my work is 45 minutes away, and the commute (sometimes twice per day) is needlessly draining my life away.  

Needless to say there went the already small cash flow lol. 

You could qualify for less, need less money down, etc. but could get roommates to help with cash flow and could also decide to rent your property out after a year or two and hold that one as rental.

Needless to say, I will look into it in more detail and see what best suits my risk tolerance.

Hello BP Community,I recently relocated from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and,  needless to  say, I was shocked with the prices of property in and around LA.

Needless to say I feel I am not really making much being very accommodating to that buyer.How would this work in this case?  

Needless to say that is my sob story time to move on...So when you are upfront with them on what you are thinking it should cost in the realm of reality contractors are willing to negotiate?

Needless to stay, i would like to get them into a lease.   

Needless to say, I was a bit blindsided, but also feel a sense of freedom to turn my focus towards things that I am really passionate about such as Real Estate! 

Needless to say, my circumstances will differ, but I'd be quite interested in learning more about the thought processes employed by RE investors when assessing alternative markets for a buy-and-hold, cash-flow approach.
