You are right on @Walt Payne : there are many moving parts to a fix-n-flip:1. you have to learn how to find good deals2. you have to negotiate a good price3. you have to make offers4. you have to raise the money to buy the deal5. you have to know how to estimate repairs6. you have to hire contractors7. you have to manage them8. you have to pay them9. you have to know how to market the house or hire the right real estate agent to help you sell it10. you have to sell the house11. you have to show the house12. you have to negotiate with buyers13. you have to check the financing of the buyers to see if they qualify14. you have to coordinate the closingetc. etc.
