@Malik Javed have you heard anything promising about the bill languishing in the Senate that would reestablish the 100% oin bonus depreciation?

So to explain myself a bit better, at the time I posted I was being bombarded with emails of fake hard money lenders who wanted to try and take money from me before closing(that I would never get back).

I rarely have anyone with a fake one push past that.  

The cash flow in the McAllen area looks promising, and there seems to be a lot of multi family units for sale (not sure if that’s a good or bad sign).

If they did and are not offering the full refund as promised I would be very skeptical of giving them more money.

so you promise to pay him in 4 months and then “keep it as a rental” how does he get his promised money?
