Consider this scenario:- A tenant calls at midnight because the heater stopped working.- You need to find a new tenant when someone unexpectedly moves out.- The bathroom sink is leaking—do you pay a plumber or fix it yourself?

Is this really the property that is best suited for you as investor at this point.

You could make this work ST, MT or LT, depending on how you approach it - the key with unique grounds is owner-provided upkeep and service built into the listing and what permits allow. 

(Maybe I missed something here with this one). 3) The app is TERRIBLE.

While it will not reduce the actual cost it will help with the monthly cash flow.I am curious if this was a single-family house converted into a double.
