Fast forward another 8 weeks and the HVAC dies and the tenant moves out.

This person (not Blake capital) was trying to bully me (wrong move).

Also we are scheduling some consultation with lenders. what are the questions to ask the lender and also how to choose a good lender for investment properties moving forward ?

Hey @Juan Antonio Villagomez, I definitely agree with the general consensus—working with a CPA who has experience in real estate is a smart move since there are nuances that can help maximize tax savings.

The asking price is under $125k and like mentioned earlier, the renovations would be 50% so there are major repairs (not move-in ready). 

Most administration officials rent when they move to DC because they know they may be there for 4-years or a lot less.

I've been buried with tax preparation and a couple projects, so BP moved from the back burner to completely off the stove!
