The list is compiled of only names, addresses and delinquent balances.  

But I do think it is wishful thinking that someone would compile and share this type of info.

So after diligently searching the Myrtle Beach SC area for a decent deal I finally came across one in the most unlikely of places....I analyzed and visited 12 properties before finally circling back to a listing my agent had compiled and put at the very bottom of my multi-family housing search.  

They made their millions from compiling a bunch of free information and selling it to suckers for 27k.

It will take a bit of work to get the list compiled but you'll soon see the names that purchase for cash a few times a year.

I have my first tenant moving in tomorrow, and have compiled a folder of documents to take with to the lease signing, and was wondering if you guys had any advice about things I may be missing?
