I’m an experienced property manager/licensed real estate agent trying to develop a proposal for my management fees for starting an STR branch for a big name agency.

I have talked with several clients who have had a similar thought process - in their mind almost a "block chain" for the real estate investment.Along with the SEC regulations regarding investment offerings, the IRS has neatly placed this "blockchain" type idea as being a tax partnership. 

I want to do some more of that but I want to branch out more. 

You might look into it since it sounds like you're branching out into more areas of property management.

Nope says the driver with a lock and chain in is hand.

Do you plan on continuing the expansion in the same market, or are you going to branch out to other cities?

BUT, they ignored the advice because of an anomaly.That being said, even the 80 year old chain smoker could have benefited by NOT smoking, despite being healthy.

For example, every diver in any branch of the military has to come to Panama City Beach for training, and they all need a place to live. 

We plan to flip houses to start and eventually branch out into different forms of real estate investments.
