Brian B does a little investigation to find out that this GP had basically zero experience in the space yet took down a 50 mil dollar apartment in Houston ( not sure how they talked lenders into that one) but there is 10 mil in investor money that got wiped out as Brian showed this investor that the property went to foreclosure and reverted to the bank ( no one bid it).

Don't need a ton of pictures but I want to get a decent idea of the location and condition.So basically you dont want your customer to know it look dumpy until they show up.....I can understand the safety from people looking for vacant houses.... then anyone selling a house better take all of their outside pictures off their listing

As for other amenities, some crowd-pleasers that won't break the bank are coffee maker + starter pack of pods, basic workout equipment (yoga mat, resistance bands), phone charging stations by the beds, and basic kitchen essentials like olive oil, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc.
