Marie, there are SO many threads dealing with the wording of direct mail, that if you search even a little you'll find the collective wisdom of BP.

The top reasons are the flexibility to be with my family when I need to, build/network with people in my community which adds value, gain the wisdom to be a successful real estate investor down the road, and then make money.

Hi @Nicholas Morgan there is a lot of wisdom in these posts and I think everyone here all have valid points because it's so important to get that first deal closed.

There is a reason why we should be seriously listening to the wisdom and investment advice of @Jay Hinrichs and @Bob Bowling as they have been investing in real estate longer that you and I have been alive. 

Becoming a father last year changed my perspective on how I wanted to spend my next 20 years and the wisdom I will pass on to my daughter.
