Short time requires a certain market to sustain it, and the skills needed to consistently find tenants.

I took a look at the numbers and sustainability doesn’t seem to be there -in my view.  .

I just don’t see this market environment being sustainable in the long run.

For me the answer is "no thanks" because that sounds like speculation and I'm not a speculator.A few things to consider:1: You need cashflow to sustain an investment over the long term.

I believe that with any industry there are sleazy individuals who will lie, cheat and steal to make a bigger buck but as we all know that is not a sustainable long term strategy.

Change your story each month as different stories will resonate with different people AND use each story to emphasize one of your “who do you know…” questions.
