I am dealing with this situation with a client of mine where proving those payments is hanging up the refinance, so as long as it is clearly documented with the exact lease amount being paid over that time in the account, then most groups should be fine.

The two younger brothers are asking to be let out of the lease, as they fear the jailed brother will eventually seek revenge on them for complying with the search warrant at the property where all of the electronic assets were seized.

I'm not familiar with Indiana law specifically but in Colorado where I am the security deposit is the security deposit and is not paid per person unless you're renting by the room, but if both tenants signed a joint lease a full security deposit should be yours until the end of the lease and it's up to them to handle amongst themselves

I would imagine that it's hard to entice private lenders without offering a really high interest rate given what people can get as much as 4-6% in some CDs these days where not long ago it as more like 1%.
