I understand ARV all depends on what I accomplish in the rehab and what needs to be done to the house, although I have yet to look at the house with my own eyes this is just what can be said from pictures on several different listing sites.

I had that happen several times as well.  

As well as the site, I have been reading several real estate investing books in order to gain as much knowledge as possible.  

Also,  I looked at the data in 2009 when there was severe speculation and crash in real estate, and rents for my studio were at 16000aed.

Hey Brandon - There are several ways, all with varying degrees of success (and some based on yours or others expertise in the market). - For quick and dirty, I just reference the tax assessment.

Also, I'm not sure how they made these designations, but some of these designated areas contain million-dollar high rise condos and several luxury class A apartments.
