Currently we are looking into a couple of properties in Zip code 43206 and wondering if you can share inputs about the area from the point of view of safety, tenant pool & growth/appreciation.I have lived in the zip code of 43206 for over four years.

I personally wont buy a property unless it has a minimum 40% Cash on cash return.

However, the highest yielding property is often not the property that I actually want to buy.

Other items such as having accounts in a foreign country.If you are single/married, with a few W-2's, interest/dividend accounts with one rental property.

Can your property look better or be more inviting.

A HELOC may be an option but I'm full time real estate (no W2) and have a couple properties and my DTI is relatively high.

I actually just sold an older property because there were too many repairs, so I was hoping to find something more hands off as I am an out of state investor.
