Have your brokers made calls to tenants in the area that they feel might fit well in that space?

I feel like i still have so much to learn, but I am ready to stop researching, and find out what it means to take action.

There are only so many PRODUCTIVE hours each person is capable of producing.  

That is an issue for the person who handled your closing (ie why did both they and you miss it) to deal with.

When I am trying to fill my property I meet the prospective tenant at the property in person.

Its just that only one person can use a account at a time.

I feel like New Hampshire has to be much less competitive from a competing with other bookings standpoint than Florida.
