David O.Yes, I know about the burning out part and have been seeking something that will strike a passion in me that I want to pursue to transition out of my current line of work and it seems that real estate investing is it.

I feel that if you are passionate about RE then its a simple answer, yes, because passionate people want to learn as much as possible about the subject matter.

In reading this thread, it is clear that many are very passionate about their opinions on the subject of interestvrates, terms, equity building, etc.

@Natalie Kolodij I get this and expected this response.I guess what I'm getting at is I know at least one of the members being alluded too here and they are genuine and their free advice has helped me jumpstart a life that will alter my wife and I's entire future.And I've continued to get advice even after stating that I will not be investing in others' deals because my money is tied up in my own.Often times passion for industry, passion for teaching and passion for succeeding aren't exclusive from each other and easily separable.

There is obviously some passion behind their questions.

For LTR in my experience there is a passionate minority of people who will be very uncomfortable with it due to personal beliefs, but the majority will not mind so long as you word it properly...

I hate iron doors and gates with a passion with the exception of when building a prison, or owning property in a gang-infested war zone.

The guy has been playing since he was walking and it is his passion (amongst other things).

I don't give to national organizations either but I'm passionate about making quilts so I give them away to organizations like Warm the World in Canon City and they distribute them to teen pregnancy centers and to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.

Real Estate is my passion and expertise but looking to diversify and make a bit more with a little less upfront investment.
