Irma,I presume you mean apartments which have inadequate natural light - perhaps the kitchen or living room(?)

It's basis is a natural mineral as opposed to a poly composite with some crazy synthetic molecule.

The quality and nature of that underlying loan is the key to this deal.It still doesn't sound like you're getting the whole story.

Do you have a large friend that looks like 'The Rock' to collect rent for you?  

Mark, it is impressive that you're looking to better your situation like this, but appraisers are not highly regarded by Investors generally speaking, it's the nature of the business.

I was wondering if there is a natural tendency for Real Estate Investors to be drawn to this type of "investing" - investing your time and internet marketing savviness to generate passive income producing assets like web pages, affiliate marketing content, etc.  

I am naturally an anxious person and worry/plan out A LOT of things, trying to be prepared for surprises. 

I have done some deals such as X amount down. 20 yr amort due in 7yr & things of that nature.
