@Todd Burton Have you guys run down is Morris is a licensed RE agent in Indiana he would have to be to be on the internet pitching these deals the way he does and getting paid for each transaction the way he does.. this goes along with your other sellers disclosures.now to be fair I rarely if ever see sellers disclosures on these low end deals because of the daisy chain of wholesalers who bring them to the end marketer ( Morris).. this is not assigning a contract argument..

@Nat Chan I think plenty has been said about what led to this situation but I think the best lesson in this is knowing the law for yourself and that the police sometimes enforce what they want to enforce.You mentioned that you went to lawyers and they told you that only they could help and it would take months, but here you go with the law in hand, going up the chain of command until you got satisfaction and better results than the professionals (lawyers).
