I was bitten by the Real Estate bug awhile ago and after listening to the podcast, I am finally trying to take the steps to hopefully turn this dream into a reality. 

Me and my spouse wanted to briefly introduce ourselves, our company, and share our ambitions with the BP community with hopes of learning more about how to achieve our short term and long term goals as well as build lasting connections that help and assist others in achieving theirs! 

I have since removed that in hopes of extending the battery life. 

I have been getting crazy numbers from contractors and I understand California isn't cheap, but I was hoping to get advice on how to find someone that's reasonable and dependable.

Not a great deal, but it makes money every month instead of losing money.

Despite challenges, we persevered, knowing that in this business, you win some and lose some.

I have about $60k in liquid assets, and hopefully, I'll be reaching the $100k mark by fall.

I would hope if you bought new machines they would last at least a year or 2 before anything broke?
